Why feed Life’s Adundance?

Premium dog food, like Life’s Abundance, has higher quality protein sources, no artificial dyes and added antioxidants and vitamins. Protein can come from a variety of sources, including plant matter, meat and poultry. Many pet foods, especially economy brands, use corn, wheat, gluten, soy, meat and bone meal as major sources of protein, but these are inferior sources of protein for your pet. Wheat, corn and soy can also cause stress on the kidney and liver function. Premium ingredients contribute to better digestibility and is a large part of your dogs overall health. The nutritional value in Life’s Abundance is higher than most other dog food brands, meaning your dog will have to eat less to get the same nutrition. Eating less means less waste (poop) for you to dispose of. WIN, WIN FOR ALL!

 

Feeding Instruction

All our puppies are weaned from their mother onto Life’s Abundance Small & Medium Breed Puppy Food. Make sure to purchase the food a few days before your puppy comes home. Food is usually delivered within 2-3 days after your order is placed. If you're going to switch to another brand of food, please wait a couple of weeks after your new puppy comes home and switch gradually. Puppies have sensitive stomachs, the less stress you put on their systems, especially when they're changing homes, leaving litter mates, etc. the better. Vets recommend you start out three parts original food to one part new food. Gradually increase the new food over a 2 week period. Same recommendations for if you are switching to Life’s Abundance from another food.

There are 146 cups of food in a 40lb. bag. A 40 pound bag should last 12 plus weeks for one of our puppies. A 25lb doodle will eat roughly 2 cups a day. A 40 pound bag will last a 25 pound dog approximately 10.5 weeks. Here is the suggested daily feeding chart (listed on Life’s Abundance All Life Stage dog food)
